IAMPB was started in 2005 to bring together members of the emerging Meal Preparation Industry. Originally called the Easy Meal Prep Association, the organization became a member run non-profit and changed its name to IAMPB effective January 1, 2007. As a co-owner of a Meal Prep business myself, I saw the need for an organization that can work on issues that are important to the industry, help me with the challenges and issues I face as small business owner in a new industry, develop training and certification programs, and promote the industry as an alternative way to feed the world’s families.
